The company is primarily engaged in ship building and repairing. It was set up as a cooperative society ARMON in 1963 in Navia. The company has a registered office located in Navia in Asturias, Spain. The company is the headquarters of six companies built from the eagerness to a well-made work and a productive capacity higher than 40 ships yearly. It has satisfied customers all over the five continents with more than 750 built ships. The management, administrative and engineering department tasks are centralized in the company in Navia. It has an area of 34,000 square meters; 5,000 of which are covered; three shipways and dry docks of 71; 97 and 124 meters respectively and one outfitting dock of 300 meters. The company has also all the productive facilities - cranes, self-moving cranes, own carpentry workshop, electrical workshop, machining workshops, flame-cutting.
